Gov. Lamont visited Sign Pro, Inc. in Plantsville, CT recently to meet with its President, Peter Rappoccio, his wife, Suzanne Rappoccio and staff. The purpose of the visit was to discuss items made by manufactures in CT related to State House Proposed Bill No. 5504 “An Act Concerning the Net Economic Value of State contracts”. The bill was drafted in the 2019 legislative session and recommends that the state hire CT businesses on contracts using state funding as part of state contracting practices.
