About This Project

Healthcare Realty's Evergreen Medical Campus at 2400 and 2600 Tamarack Avenue in South Windsor, CT needed a new identity before it could have new signs. Sign Pro's design team created the Evergreen logo, refining it through 11 rounds, then carried it through every sign on the campus.


Each building received a shield-shaped illuminated channel logo and a push-thru letter cabinet with 5-inch aluminum returns, translucent acrylic, LED lighting, and 3M Dark Emerald Green vinyl. A double-faced monument with white dimensional letters on brick marks the campus entrance, and 10 x 36-inch aluminum tenant panels list the practices inside.

The campus needed a logo before it could have signs, refined through 11 rounds from February to September 2026.
